Initial Features ​

Multi-Tenancy / Authentication ​

• Single login for all users
• Authentication methods: password, Passkey, 2FA - SSO with MS Entra is a future topic
• Users can access multiple tenants
• Tenant managers can invite users
• Users have either ROLE_USER or ROLE_MANAGER scoped to a tenant
• Interface for each tenant based on {{tenant.identifier}}.billvault.de subdomain
• Each tenant gets their own separated database

E-Mail ingestion ​

• Each tenant can have multiple email addresses, they receive mail on
• Email is received on any *@billvault.net email address and routed to the corresponding tenant
• Each tenant holds a set of EmailRule's which are processed in priority order
• Email rules match conditions which can have parameters

Archival storage ​

• Logging of all operations and storage of all files obtained by BillVault with hashes

Uploading documents with the API ​
